Seyval Blanc 2011 is a semi-dry white wine made from the grape variety Seyval. Combined with flavours of peach and pear makes this wine extremely food friendly. Pairs well with local seafood and cheeses.
Mercator Tidal Bay- 750ml $50
A Nova Scotia signature light and crisp white blend. On the palate, green apple with fresh cut mint combine with a refreshing acidity and a slight off-dry finish to create this signature white wine. Favourite pairings include scallops, mussels and grilled halibut.

Jost Selkie Frizzante- 750ml $40
An Italian style of wine that offers lower alcohol, balanced acidity, and a light effervescence that dances on the pallet. This is a slightly sparkling wine that features a smaller and more delicate mousse.
Jost Côte de Bras d’Or- 750ml $38
This well-balanced wine delivers with dense fruit aromatics and lean mineral undertones, although it has some residual sugar the wine is still vivacious and dynamic being carried on the typical upbeat acidity that are expected in Cayuga and Vidal.

L’Acadie Vineyards is Nova Scotia’s first organic vineyard and winery. Vineyard selection and cold soaking on its skins for 12 hours before pressing to produce a silky texture and mid palate fullness. Displays tropical fruit aromas. Pairs well with our famous maritime seafood.

Black cherry and oak-influenced notes follow through from the nose and are combined with a freshness and an elegant structure that makes this wine food friendly. Pair with slow-roasted beef and lamb, tomato-based pasta.
Gaspereau Lucie Kuhlmann- 750ml $43
Aged in a combination of newer and older French and Hungarian oak barrels enhances the structure and tannin profile while filling out the fruit on the nose with nuances of vanilla and smoke. Lucie Kuhlmann is an elegant red wine with moderate tannins and a food-friendly acidity. Pair with robust beef, lamb dishes with a smoky character, Italian dishes such as Osso Bucco, tomato-based Italian dishes.
Jost Baco Noir- 750ml $41
Full bodied bold wine that can keep up with the heartiest of meals. This dry red shows off smoky blackberry and fresh plum characters. Robust earthy tannins make this a big red wine. Pair with hearty meat dishes, lamb and steak.
Jost 4 Skins- 750ml $40
Combines a carefully selected blend of four grapes to create a one-of-a-kind wine. Castel, Lucie Kuhlmann, Marechal Foch, and Millot grapes are blended to a rich, ruby hue, deep in colour and intensity.
L’Acadie Alchemy Red- 500ml $58
Displays ripe cherry aromas with velvety tannins. Pairs well with roasted meats, vegetables and flavourful cheeses.
