Stay with us

We consider our land a sanctuary for both our guests and wildlife. Our 100-acre estate sits high on a brae overlooking the estuary of the historic North River and is home to moose, fox, deer, and bear - and of course, Chanterelles! Choose between our exquisitely furnished rooms with included breakfast or our cozy cabins with full amenities, kitchens, and private porches. Guests can relax with a good book from the library or walk the woods on one of our many nature trails in the area. As an eco-award-winning property, we have 20 years worth of stories to tell about our quest to be sustainable and remain dedicated to the Slow Food Movement.

Everything about the Chanterelle was built with the environment and your comfort in mind. While there is no air conditioning at the Chanterelle, our buildings were architecturally designed and placed to maximize on air flow. We have been utilizing solar systems and policies that help us keep our footprint low since the beginning. Learn more about how we manage our business to help the environment.
