check-in & CHECK-OUT
Check-in time 4:00PM - 10:00PM. Check-out time is 11:00AM.
The front desk is open daily from 7:00AM – 10:00 PM. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 10:00PM please contact us. Early check-ins and late check-outs are available. Please submit your requests ahead of time.
Government-issued photo ID may be required. Must 18 years of age.
Visa, MasterCard, American Ex and Direct Debit are accepted.
INN POLICIES
Must be 14 years or older to stay in the Inn. Limit of 2 people per room.
We do not accept pets in order to keep a hypo-allergenic environment in the main building Inn rooms.
Dogs are welcome to stay in one of our Cottages. A one time cleaning fee will apply at checkout.
There is no cooking whatsoever allowed in the Inn rooms. Using cooking equipment in the Inn rooms results in the same fee as our Smoking Policy outlined below.
Cancellation / MODIFICATIONS
A deposit is required at the time of booking: 25% of of booking.
Reservation modifications must be made 3 days prior to check-in or the full amount will be due.
Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in qualify for a refund of the deposit minus $25 for inn rooms and $50 for cottages or packages.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to check-in do not qualify for a refund of the deposit.
If we are given notice of your cancellation within the specified timeframe, we will refund the deposit minus the cancellation fee.
If we are not given notice within the specified timeframe, we will retain the full amount of booking.
SMOKING POLICY
There is an automatic $250 cleaning fee if smoking of any kind occurs in the rooms, cottages or restaurant.
Cooking in rooms is not permitted and is treated similarly to damage from smoking.
